what is heteroglossia!!!

let the arts flow through milton!!!
a good idea for a manifesto (that is a summation of ideas, hopefully agreed upon) is that which starts with an inviting grimace
let all brick walls be dismantled and put back together by our artists let us cling to them like a mildly respectable sheep farmer clings to his slightly dubious ethics
let mannequins be loosed on the streets vaping vagabonds on the road because even plastic has dreams
let heteroglossia cling and be receptive though not submissive to all ideas and concepts from all walks of life even the crooked path of the hunchbacked gardner
let us rationally align our views in union with our respectable selves in this beautiful town
let us irrationaly cling to emotions save for hatred
lets give the mud back streets of milton a bauhaus vibe
lets dream surrealist dreams
and gargle our dada
all art is based upon one thing
and that is in essence the oposite of the previous sentence
it is based on the individual and our interpretation of other individuals in scenes we create by living
it is very wittgensteinian only it should make sense to more then the forementioned person
milton is a town industrial but waken constsantly by its grasp of not just youthful and old but life itself
milton has millions of trucks drive through milton everyday we are buzzing with life with families and with artists and beautifuly innovative people
and so i return to the title what is heteroglossia
it is what you make it
it is exactly objective and it is ours
we use it
there is no they
we stand united in new zealand by our artistic traditions and its often deep conversations with the american german and chinese literary conversations often butting in but respectivly llistened to
like our nations government in politics
heteroglossia goes back to russia it means the below
heteroglossia
/ˌhɛtərəʊˈɡlɒsɪə/
noun
  1. the presence of two or more expressed viewpoints in a text or other artistic work.
  2. and so we make it so. have your say and remember to thank yourselves and most of all hone it in your expression. make it new and another slogan to rebut that of the modernist poet pound make it loud
  3. make your voice heard. never be voiceless let the blank people speak that which can be spoken and that also listned  shown and viewed. kia kaha milton!!!
