my support poem for lgbtq etc people
I felt my smile fade
at the intersection
walking in a sunny direction
with a fire burning deep
within my heart
an intensive passion
cracking through me
looking for a distraction
to fan the flame
the cold in my veins
left small impressions
and hints
left about the place
something that would never leave
though it stood still and talked null it seems
awkwardly
ignoring myself
I would rather
be a martyr
then not feeling
that love
a derision
just broadens my horizons
it's my decision
what you see is a delusion
ingrained
and I'm indecisive
as to what way
my shadow leans
but I still see the rainbow
when it rains
at the intersection
walking in a sunny direction
with a fire burning deep
within my heart
an intensive passion
cracking through me
looking for a distraction
to fan the flame
the cold in my veins
left small impressions
and hints
left about the place
something that would never leave
though it stood still and talked null it seems
awkwardly
ignoring myself
I would rather
be a martyr
then not feeling
that love
a derision
just broadens my horizons
it's my decision
what you see is a delusion
ingrained
and I'm indecisive
as to what way
my shadow leans
but I still see the rainbow
when it rains
