deathless i cant expect
to believe in this
nature is unrewarding
no matter what you believe, it's boring

it may make you quite upset
but we have run our course
you cant comprehend that yet
but you will and in death youll be soaring

if your human your not limitless
you still very much behave
the way fate guides you
optimism is simply human survival


a tale unwinding like bedsprings
so if believing this is what makes you think
your hollow heart won't stop beating
it is, however, time to rinse and wash out
your bones and meat, it stinks

a darkened bone breaking was just a sign
a smiling child was once so common
but the dust has settled and nothings healing
a deathless human i still scoff at what your feeling to be right
your instincts know your knowledge is benign
but its okay cause you can't see no more your blind

a flight of light in a forest
flightless desperate
we are one separate being
but in sickness, we are one
life begins with a sense of breathing
before being born
and with a push, we are thrown into death
soon to be undone
